I thought it was the fact that despite obviously failing Public Speaking101, he still gave speeches. I assume he suffered head trauma to the speech center of his brain. If you listen to him speak it becomes evident. To understand him, you must be able to understand a child's speech patterns. Not joking, serious. It helps to understand his point.

I was being quite serious. The man has a wicked speech impediment. I wouldn't be surprised if the linguistic center of his brain had been damaged. GO and listen to one of his speeches and listen to him like he's a five year old, it'll actually make sense/more sense.
